Return Window

We accept returns on items from our collection within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags attached. Return shipping and any customs costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund your original payment method, or exchange the item if you prefer. We will email you when your return arrives.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are made specifically for you, so they can’t be returned. If there is ever a defect or a mistake on our part, we will take it back and refund you in full.
