We want you to be completely happy with your Tornabuoni Tuscany purchase.

Return Window

You may return your goods within fourteen (14) days from receipt of your shipment for a store credit or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, and you are responsible for return shipping.

Processing

Please allow up to seven (7) days for us to process your exchange once we receive your returned items. Times may vary by situation, and we will send an email confirmation when your items arrive back with us.
