Every Tornabuoni Tuscany product is covered by a four (4) year warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or irresponsible use.

Beyond the Warranty

We also offer repair and refurbishing services after the warranty period. We stand behind our work. Some customers have come back to us more than ten years later, and we have helped extend the life of their pieces.

Making a Claim

If you have an issue with a product, email us at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the problem, and we’ll take care of it.
