We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. There is no extra shipping charge at checkout.

Processing Times

In stock: we ship within 48 hours.

Made to order or custom: timing depends on the leather and on our factory’s schedule. It usually takes two weeks to a month, and sometimes longer. If your piece needs to be made, we will contact you with an estimated time frame and keep you updated.

Delivery

We ship with a trusted courier such as DHL or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes a few days to a week, depending on where you are.

Order Updates & Tracking

We email you each time your order moves to the next step, and you will receive your tracking number as soon as it ships. You can also sign in to your account at any time to see the status of your orders.

Taxes & Duties

All prices on our website include Italian VAT (IVA). Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties or taxes by your country’s customs on delivery. These are set by your country, collected on delivery, and are not part of our price.
