pon submitting an online order, all clients have the right to cancel their purchase within a 24-hour period and receive a full reimbursement. For all other cancellations or returns, a credit will be issued to use towards another purchase online or within the store. Returned products must remain unused and returned in their original packaging.

Shipment is free for all online purchases. Shipments are completed through a trusted third party business and shipment tracking numbers are supplied to all Tornabuoni orders.

Once products are shipped to the customer, Tornabuoni is not liable for any damage to products once released to the courier.
