Do I need to create an account in order to make an online purchase?

Our checkout process is very user-friendly. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email with your personalized Sign-In link which provides the details of your order. An account is automatically created for you, using your email address, which enables you to check the status and details of your order at any time.

For future orders, you are never required to log into your account, however, by doing so, you can speed up the check-out process, view your order history, as well as your 'favorite' list of products.

 

Where can I download my purchases?

You can view your recent purchases under your customer account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Tornabuoni Tuscany! Once your order is made online we can allow up to a 24-hour grace period for any desired changes you'd like to request.

 

What is your return policy?

We will allow a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your shipment to return your goods and receive a store credit or exchange. Please note, all items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to receive a store credit and you will be responsible for shipping back to us. 

Please allow a period of seven (7) days to process your exchange completely once we receive your returned items. Please note, times may vary and each situation is different. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your items.

Product & Shipping Information

Are your products made in Italy?

Yes, all of our leather products are authentic Italian leather, made in Italy. We personally hand select the best quality Italian leather and create all products within our own factories located in Tuscany.

Is there a warranty on Tornabuoni Tuscany products?

We offer a three (3) year warranty on all of our products. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or irresponsible use.

In addition, we are also happy to offer repair and refurbishing services outside of the warranty period. We stand behind our product and know that it will last many years past the three year warranty. We have had some customers contact us 10+ years later and have been able to offer services that continue to lengthen the lifetime of their items. We are here to help and welcome any questions regarding the care and maintenance of your Tornabuoni Tuscany items.

Is it possible to do a custom order?

We are pleased to customize your product according to your specifications. Custom orders are typically based on styles that we already carry. In some situations we can design a specific style for you but this is done on a case by case basis. Any style you view online can be modified. We offer a variety of style variations to the interior as well as exterior of our products. For example, specific leather choice (calfskin, python, crocodile, ostrich etc.), color selection, extra accessory pockets, and much more. We also offer custom jackets, made to fit you perfectly.

For any design requests, please fill out the custom design request form and we will contact you within 48 hours.

How long does it take to receive my online order?

Our website displays all styles that we offer. If we have your items in stock, we can ship them to you within 48 hours. For all items not in stock, including custom orders, we will notify you via email regarding the production time frame. Production time frame depends on the time of year, availability of specific leather, and many other factors. Once we ship your items, it takes a few days to arrive to you, however, please allow up to 7-10 business days to reach you.

Do you ship internationally?

We are pleased to offer our customers FREE worldwide shipping. You will be notified and informed throughout your purchase process of the status of your order. Once your items are shipped we will inform you of your shipment tracking number so that you may monitor its arrival.

NOTE: Due to the current pandemic, you may experience some delays in order processing and shipment timing, however, we are committed to making the purchase process as smooth as possible. We will ensure that you are updated consistently. 

Are there additional costs due upon receipt of my order?

No, there are no additional fees other than what you pay upon checkout. Your order total will be calculated at checkout, FREE worldwide shipping is included with every order. Duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities of your country are included in your order and you will NOT need to pay any additional fees upon receipt of your order.
